For customers ordering from within the United Kingdom, all prices displayed are gross prices, meaning they include all applicable statutory taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping and packaging charges are calculated separately and displayed clearly at checkout and on your invoice.
The delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order is considered binding.

(2) International Deliveries (Non-UK Customers)

For customers ordering from outside the UK, all prices shown are net prices.
The delivery address determines applicable charges and tax responsibilities. In accordance with legal regulations, if the goods are subject to local sales tax in the recipient’s country, these must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
Additionally, the goods may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and must also be paid upon receipt.
